Most photos need no tuning — drop one in and it auto-detects, straightens, and adapts to lighting. The big knob is Smoothing: toward clean for cut-ready edges, toward faithful for every detail. Flip Invert for a light design on dark. Everything runs in your browser — your photo never uploads.
Mode
Sign mode isolates a metal/wood sign, squares it up, and adds the plate & bridges. Image mode traces everything in the picture — logos, line art, drawings — with no sign assumptions.
Vector PDF — line weights
This PDF has real vector geometry, so it's used directly (no tracing). CAD drawings encode the part in one line weight and dimensions/borders in others. Keep the weight(s) that make up your part:
Tip: turn on Crop to keep just one view, e.g. the front view to cut.
