Arc voltage is your torch-height control setpoint — if your THC holds this voltage at the listed speed, you’re at the right cut height. Pierce delay is how long the torch dwells at pierce height before moving; rows marked ES are past reliable pierce capacity — edge-start those. Kerf is the material the arc removes; your CAM software offsets the toolpath by half of it, so a tuned kerf value is the difference between parts that measure right and parts that don’t.
